Day 10 - Aug 30

Afternoon Update: back on the trail! Had a lovely break and meal with my grandparents driving out to see me and now I have a short 9 mile day ahead.

2PM Update: weather cleared and should be nice rest of day. Going to start raining in afternoon tomorrow so i'm going to try and get more miles in today.

PM Update: setup camp near the crag lake outlet stream; got in bed early and did a crossword puzzle. 16 miles from white pass.

Much dryer day. Reached the border around 9:30 and started heading back to Hart's Pass. 23 miles again today leaving 44.5 to my finish line at Rainy Pass.

Day 3-19

Am: Best night's sleep of this trip. My watch said restorative with a sleep score of 90; never seen that before. 10 mi to Stehekin bus. Afternoon: Was able to stop at the Stehekin Bakery which was wonderful! They had a GF/Vegan bar along with a Thai Noodle Salad which was incredible. The town of Stehekin is very small but cute. Unfortunately the restaurant is closed until the after the bus leaves so I'll miss the hot meal but I did buy an extra backpacking meal to cook. PM: I enjoyed the 1 hour of WiFi while it lasted 😅 Made it an extra 8 miles out of Stehekin for a daily total of 18. Only 11 miles to Rainy Pass
